Foo Fighters Announce 2026/2027 Australian ‘Take Cover’ Tour

Foo Fighters are set to return to Australia and Novel Zealand for a seven-date stadium tour in November 2026 and January 2027, following a recent performance in Tasmania and a promise from frontman Dave Grohl to return quickly.

Tour Dates and Locations

The ‘Take Cover’ tour kicks off on November 5, 2026, at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, and will include stops in Townsville, Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, and Adelaide. The tour will then move to New Zealand for shows in Christchurch and Auckland before concluding on January 25, 2027, at HBF Park in Perth. ABC News reports these are the band’s 15th visit to Australia.

The band will be supported by a lineup of all-Australian acts, including Full Flower Moon Band and Mini Skirt in Brisbane, Full Flower Moon Band and DOWNGIRL in Townsville, The Belair Lip Bombs and TEENS in Sydney, The Buoys and C.O.F.F.I.N in Newcastle, The Belair Lip Bombs and FRENZEE in Melbourne, Kurralta Park and Spooky Eyes in Adelaide, DARTZ and SEEK HELP! in Christchurch, Dick Move and Ringlets in Auckland, and The Southern River Band and Last Quokka in Perth.
