Microids Announces Physical Release of Formula Legends – Legacy Edition

Paris, France – February 23, 2026 – Microids is set to release a physical edition of Formula Legends, a racing game developed by 3DClouds, bringing a tribute to the golden age of motorsport to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. The Formula Legends – Legacy Edition will be available on June 4, 2026.

A Racing Experience Through the Decades

Formula Legends offers players an accessible and stylized racing experience focused on pure driving enjoyment. The game features multiple game modes, including Story, Time Attack, and Online Multiplayer, alongside a unique artistic direction designed to immerse players in the world of car racing.

Cars and Tracks Inspired by History

Players will have the opportunity to race with 16 cars inspired by real models from the 1960s to the present day. These vehicles will compete on 14 tracks based on historic racing locations, each evolving over time. The game also features fictional drivers inspired by real-life icons, each possessing unique skills such as tire management, rain expertise, and pit stop strategy.

Driving Styles and the Legacy Edition

Formula Legends caters to different driving preferences, offering both arcade-style and more realistic handling options. Players will need to demonstrate cool-headedness, track knowledge, and quick reflexes to succeed.
