Diagnostic capabilities are equally robust, encompassing blood work, urinalysis, and chest X-rays. Physicians use these results to offer immediate medical advice, start treatments, or refer patients to specialized medical centers for advanced care.
Targeting Marginalized Populations
Priority access was granted to those who have performed meritorious services to the nation and residents of ethnic minority areas. The program further prioritized three core groups:
