Barrington Public Library Cardholders Gain Free Access to The New York Times

Barrington Public Library patrons now have complimentary and unlimited access to all content offered by The New York Times, including news, games, cooking, audio, Wirecutter, and The Athletic. This benefit is available to all Barrington cardholders, both on-site and remotely.

How to Access The New York Times

There are a few ways to access The New York Times with your Barrington Public Library card:

• In-Library Access: Simply log in to your account whereas connected to the library’s Wi-Fi.
• Remote/Offsite Access: A 24-hour access code is required for access from home or outside the library. Redeem a 24-hour code through the library’s website.
