The sunset pop group “GAISAA” has released a new Valentine’s Day single “Sirds Saskaras Ar Sirdi”. The song expresses an optimistic belief that we will definitely meet our loved ones, our closest people, sooner or later. Even if not in this life, then surely we will not be lonely in the next.
A video was also made for the single. The group would like to thank Aivars Kvalbergs for his support in the realization of the clip, Māris Briedis for his involvement, Alisa Zvejsalniece for creating the style and Aleksis Zajankovskis for playing the drums.
On August 5, 2025, GAISAA released their debut single “Mēs Krītam Uz Augšu”, which was in the Top 15 songs list of Latvian Radio 2 “Muzikālās bankas” for 6 consecutive weeks. The group’s next single, “Kā Vasaras Prabūshī”, also received radio recognition, spending 2 weeks among the TOP 10 of the most played domestic musicians on Latvian radio stations. Currently, the group is working on its debut album, revealing GAISAA’s musical signature step by step.
GAISAA consists of Modris Skaistkalns, singer, producer and songwriter, singer Jana Briede and guitarist Sandis Ķešāns (Smaržo Pēš Lietus). GAISAA offers sunset pop with funk and indie elements woven into it.
