This position, located at the Henry Gabrielle Hospital, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the care of elderly patients in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.

About the Role

The geriatric post-emergency unit at HCL provides care for elderly patients referred after emergency treatment. The unit features 24 conventional hospitalization beds and was fully renovated in 2018, providing a pleasant and supportive work environment. The nursing assistant will play a vital role in delivering personalized care and supporting patients in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personalized care and assisting patients with daily activities.
• Assessing patients’ clinical condition.
• Communicating effectively with patients and the multi-professional team.
• Supervising paramedical students.
• Participating in quality and risk management processes.

Qualifications
