About the Role
The geriatric post-emergency unit at HCL provides care for elderly patients referred after emergency treatment. The unit features 24 conventional hospitalization beds and was fully renovated in 2018, providing a pleasant and supportive work environment. The nursing assistant will play a vital role in delivering personalized care and supporting patients in their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized care and assisting patients with daily activities.
- Assessing patients’ clinical condition.
- Communicating effectively with patients and the multi-professional team.
- Supervising paramedical students.
- Participating in quality and risk management processes.
