GetVocal Secures $26 Million to Advance Conversational AI for Customer Support
PARIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–GetVocal, Europe’s leading provider of conversational AI agents for enterprise customer support, today announced the closing of a $26 million Series A financing round led by Creandum with participation from Elaia and Speedinvest. This brings GetVocal’s total capital raised to date to $30 million. GetVocal will use the funding to drive product innovation, market expansion and hiring across Europe as it accelerates its mission to help companies build hybrid human-AI workforces.
Founded in 2023 by AI entrepreneurs Roy Moussa and Antonin Bertin, GetVocal is headquartered in Paris. The company employs 60 people across Europe, serving 23 markets. It has a strong presence in France and Portugal, and is rapidly growing its market share in the UK and the DACH region. GetVocal tackles a major challenge in conversational AI adoption – the lack of trust in autonomous systems – by developing AI agents that are trusted, transparent, and compliant with regulations. This approach facilitates the customer experience (CX) market’s shift from relying on “people powered by AI” to “AI powered by people.”
GetVocal differentiates itself from competitors by ensuring its Large Language Models (LLMs) adhere to strict business logic. AI is deployed only where it delivers the best results, with humans always involved in critical decisions. The company’s CX platform functions as a central control system, coordinating real-time collaboration between human and AI agents. It monitors every conversation and alerts teams when human intervention is necessary. The platform was specifically designed to navigate the complexities of the European market and reliably supports a gradual shift towards AI-driven customer support.
