Gims postpones tour dates to 2027 and 2028 due to health reasons

Gims has postponed thirteen concerts across France and Belgique due to medical reasons, moving his tour dates to late 2027 and early 2028, linternaute.com reported.

Gims Postpones Tour Dates Until 2028

French artist Gims announced the tour delay on his official Instagram account on October 24, 2026. The postponement affects all scheduled performances between October 27 and December 17, 2026. The artist was scheduled to restart his Carpe Diem Tour at the Zénith de Nantes.

In his statement to fans, Gims wrote that it is with immense sadness that he must delay his return to the stage. He explained that he had to yield to medical advice just days before the opening date. The singer confirmed he cannot perform the upcoming shows but promised to return with the same passion that has driven him since the beginning.

The affected schedule covers thirteen concerts in multiple cities. The three shows originally planned for Nantes on October 27, 28, and 29 are now rescheduled for January 5, 6, and 7, 2028. Lyon’s dates shift to December 3 and 4, 2027, while Toulouse and Strasbourg move to December 14 and December 7, 2027, respectively.

Ticket Validity and Refund Options for Fans

Concerts in Brussels are set for November 29 and 30, 2027, with Orléans hosting shows on December 10 and 11, 2027. Paris performances at the Plénitude Arena will take place on December 21 and 22, 2027. Tickets purchased for the original dates remain fully valid for the rescheduled performances without requiring any extra steps from buyers.

Fans who cannot attend the new dates can request a refund directly from their original point of purchase. Only two large summer stadium shows remain unaffected by the medical postponement: the June and July concerts at the Vélodrome in Marseille and the Allianz Riviera in Nice.
