Giraffe360 Secures $10 Million Series B Funding to Revolutionize Real Estate Marketing

Giraffe360, an AI-powered real estate marketing technology company, has closed a $10 million Series B funding round led by Cipio Partners. The financing will fuel the company’s expansion and further development of its AI-driven platform.

Transforming Real Estate Media Creation

Founded in Latvia, Giraffe360 has grown into an international company with over 200 employees and offices in Latvia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The company’s platform combines proprietary hardware with AI-powered software, enabling real estate professionals to create comprehensive media kits from a single property visit. These kits include HDR photography, virtual tours, LiDAR-based 2D and 3D floor plans, video content, property websites, virtual staging, and social media assets.

This integrated workflow aims to accelerate the property listing process, enhance listing quality, and empower real estate agents and photographers to grow their businesses.

Investment Details and Backers

Existing investors, including Founders Fund (which led the company’s Series A round), Hoxton Ventures, LAUNCHub Ventures, and Change Ventures, similarly participated in this funding round.

Cipio Partners, a European growth equity firm, expressed confidence in Giraffe360’s unique combination of hardware, AI automation, and software. Nils Matthies, Director of Cipio Partners, stated the company is “well positioned to turn into an industry leader in digital real estate marketing.”

AI-Powered Future for Real Estate Marketing

According to Mikus Opelts, CEO of Giraffe360, the funding will accelerate the company’s vision as the real estate marketing industry shifts towards AI-powered, immersive digital experiences. “Giraffe360 is building the infrastructure powering this transition – from data capture to intelligent, automated marketing,” Opelts said.

Giraffe360 operates on a subscription business model and currently serves customers in over 40 countries. In 2026, the company was recognized as one of the 100 fastest-growing technology companies in the UK by The Sunday Times 100 Tech list.

Giraffe360’s Funding History

To date, Giraffe360 has raised $25.3 million in funding, according to PitchBook. Investors include BADideas.fund, Calm Ventures, D Global Ventures, Founders Fund, and Francis Family Fund, among others.
