Wiz will operate as a distinct brand within Google Cloud and will continue its commitment to securing customer environments across all major cloud providers.

The acquisition, initially announced in March 2025, represents a significant investment by Google Cloud to improve cloud security and empower organizations to build and deploy applications securely across any cloud or AI platform.
