Laramie County School District 1 Graduation Schedule

LCSD1 is partnering with Cheyenne Frontier Days to host its 2026 graduation ceremonies at Frontier Park, located at 1230 W. 8th Ave, according to district records.

The schedule for the majority of the district’s high schools is set for Friday, May 29:

  • East High School: 9 a.m.
  • Central High School: 1 p.m.
  • South High School: 5 p.m.

Triumph High School will hold its ceremony separately on Thursday, May 28, at 4 p.m. in the Storey Gymnasium at 2811 House Ave. The district notes that all high school campuses will remain open immediately following their respective ceremonies to allow for family photographs. LCSD1 plans to provide live video links for these events on its official website in the days leading up to the ceremonies.

Laramie County Community College Commencement

LCCC’s spring 2026 commencement is scheduled for May 16, 2026, at the Blue FCU Recreation & Athletics Complex (RAC) on the college’s main Cheyenne campus, as stated by LCCC official services.

The college has organized the day into three distinct ceremonies based on the student’s field of study:

  • 8:30 a.m.: School of Health Sciences & Wellness
  • 11 a.m.: School of Arts & Sciences
  • 1:30 p.m.: School of Business, Agriculture, & Technical Studies

Graduates from the fall, spring, and summer terms are eligible to participate. Students must submit an application for graduation for the semester in which they complete their credentials. Once an application is provisionally approved, students receive an email with instructions on how to RSVP and purchase regalia.

Key Information for Attendees

Both institutions have implemented measures to accommodate guests who cannot attend in person. LCCC will live-stream and record its three ceremonies, while LCSD1 will provide YouTube links for its district-wide graduations.

For those planning to attend in person, LCCC advises students to consult the “Student Memo” sent via email, which contains specific arrival times and instructions for the processional and recessional. LCSD1 has provided a parking map for the Frontier Park ceremonies on its official graduation webpage. Students with questions regarding LCCC commencement can contact the Student Hub via phone at 307-778-1265, email, or through the live chat feature on the college website.
