The real estate management, development and construction company “HAGBERG” in the Baltics and Spain is developing a new technology direction “HAGBERG Technologies”, established as a competence center for integrating technology solutions in professional property management.
In partnership with the Air Technologies company, implementation of solutions, training and technical support are provided, while expanding the use of technology in daily processes.
“HAGBERG” has invested more than 500,000 euros in developing the technology direction. Investments have been made in the equipment necessary for the implementation of technologies – drone solutions and equipment intended for work, in the purchase of professional room cleaning robots, automation and quality control tools.
“In recent years, we have grown rapidly and are purposefully expanding the scale of our operations. Developing the service outside of Latvia is an important growth step for us, and the direction of technology makes it practically feasible. Together with the group company “Air Technologies”, we are strengthening our competence and at the same time implementing solutions based on practice, while maintaining a high, modern quality standard,” says Ivars Lukaševičs, a member of the “HAGBERG” board.
“Air Technologies” is a drone solutions company whose competence is based on agricultural solutions with agro-drones. Within the partnership, “Air Technologies” provides competence and support, while “HAGBERG” undertakes the integration and scaling of these solutions in professional management in the Baltics.

“HAGBERG Technologies” was established as a competence center responsible for the implementation and development of solutions in practice. It defines a common procedure for how technologies are implemented in teams, how safe operation is ensured and the quality standard is maintained.
In the Baltics, “HAGBERG” technologies are integrated into professional management processes – property surveying, monitoring and execution quality control. Professional room cleaning robots and facade washing drones are also used in daily work.
In Spain, the cooperation is currently focused on developing the operation of “Air Technologies” and accumulating experience in the market. The company continues its existing activity with agrodrone solutions in agriculture and strengthens its experience in an international environment. On the other hand, “HAGBERG” provides support for the development of the direction and strengthening of competence within the framework of cooperation.
The task of the “HAGBERG Technologies” direction is practical – to improve service quality and ensure consistent service delivery. Before technology solutions are offered as a service on the market, they are researched, tested and improved in order to provide customers with a full-fledged, efficient and practice-tested service.
