Agro Bahari Nusantara Tbk (UDNG) Denies Acquisition Reports
Agro Bahari Nusantara Tbk (UDNG) has refuted recent reports regarding a potential acquisition by Hashim Djojohadikusumo and Northstar Group. The company stated on January 20, 2026, that there has been no change in control or agreement concerning the transfer of its shares.

“The company has not signed a definitive agreement regarding the sale of shares to any party,” the company disclosed in an official statement.
UDNG also denied circulating rumors suggesting a potential shift in its business focus from fisheries to digital infrastructure. The company confirmed that its operational activities are continuing as planned, with its shrimp ponds currently undergoing the vannamei shrimp cultivation cycle according to its established operational plan.
This clarification comes in response to market speculation about a possible takeover and a change in the company’s core business.
