The transaction integrates the $1.6 billion Massachusetts-based practice fully into Hightower’s national wealth management division, following an initial partnership that began in 2023.
Integration Details and Asset Scale
The deal officially closed in late August, according to Hightower Advisors. With Boston Hill Advisors now integrated into the national practice, Hightower Signature Wealth manages more than $40 billion in assets. The expanded organization supports over 130 advisors across more than 30 locations nationwide.
Boston Hill Advisors operates out of offices in North Andover and Natick, Massachusetts. According to Hightower Advisors, both locations remain open following the transaction. The practice employs a staff of 18, which includes 11 advisors.
Leadership and Strategic Vision
Founded in 2006, Boston Hill Advisors provides financial planning, investment solutions, and wealth management services to individuals, families, and institutions. Following the transaction, the practice joins an integrated model that combines local advisory teams with national resources in technology, compliance, marketing, and operations.

“Boston Hill Advisors is a strong addition to HTSW, with a talented team, extensive investment experience and a longstanding commitment to clients,” said Larry Restieri, Chief Executive Officer of Hightower, according to the official company announcement.
Joseph J. Trainor and Michael F. Trainor stated that the transition positions the team for future growth while maintaining its core client values, while Edwards noted that the prior three-year partnership with Hightower demonstrated what the two firms could accomplish together.
Future Growth and Outlook
Hightower stated that it expects to announce additional acquisitions for Hightower Signature Wealth throughout 2026. The parent firm serves as a growth partner for independent advisors, offering capital, operational support, and scale while allowing practices to maintain their client-centric focus.
