Hospitality Management Program: AI, Innovation and Profitability in Seville

The Seville Chamber of Commerce’s International School of Gastronomy, Hospitality, and Nutrition (Gastromiun), in partnership with the Cruzcampo Foundation, has announced the launch of the III edition of its Advanced Program in Hospitality Management, Profitability, and Innovation. Running from October 27, 2026, to March 16, 2027, the 100-hour training initiative aims to equip restaurant owners, operators, and business managers with modern digital tools, artificial intelligence applications, and advanced financial strategies.

Program Curriculum and Artificial Intelligence Integration

Designed to address modern operational challenges in the hospitality sector, the curriculum spans eight specialized modules delivered on Tuesdays from 09:00 to 14:00 at the Cruzcampo Foundation headquarters located at Avenida de Andalucía, nº 1, in Seville. A primary addition to this year’s syllabus is a dedicated 20-hour module covering artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and innovation. This segment focuses on how operators can use digital tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and make data-driven management decisions.

Participants can enroll in the complete course or select individual modules based on their specific professional needs. The syllabus addresses core business areas including personnel management, profit margins, sales strategies, and leadership. Organizers designed the schedule to include working breakfasts and lunches, creating an interactive environment where attendees can discuss real-world business hurdles directly with instructors.

Practical Industry Instruction and Collaborative Partnership

The teaching faculty consists of active industry professionals and hospitality entrepreneurs who share firsthand accounts of operational successes and failures. Rather than relying purely on theoretical frameworks, the coursework relies on case studies, workshops, and classroom discussions focused on daily restaurant and bar management realities.

This initiative represents an ongoing collaboration between the Seville Chamber of Commerce Business School and the Cruzcampo Foundation, the social arm of HEINEKEN España. The partnership focuses on fostering economic development, boosting employability, and supporting talent across the Andalusian business community.
