After one IVF cycle and a subsequent frozen embryo transfer, Triveni successfully conceived twins.

On Wednesday, April 29, 2026, doctors at Gandhi Hospital performed an elective lower segment caesarean section (LSCS) to safely deliver the twins. Both mother and babies are reported to be in good health.

Two additional IVF centers are planned for Petlaburj Maternity Hospital and MGM Hospital in Warangal, with a total allocation of Rs 16.5 crore for the three facilities.
