Hyve Solutions Corporation has selected Nevada for two new advanced manufacturing campuses in Reno and North Las Vegas, a project expected to create approximately 3,000 jobs, according to an August 2026 announcement from the company and Governor Joe Lombardo’s office. According to Northern NV Now, the project came together through regional collaboration involving the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, local stakeholders, and economic development teams. The facility focuses on designing and manufacturing compute, storage, and networking systems tailored for artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure.
### North Las Vegas Facility Expansion
A second facility at 8850 Logistics Drive in North Las Vegas extends the company’s manufacturing footprint into Southern Nevada. According to the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance, the North Las Vegas campus strengthens the region’s advanced manufacturing and technology ecosystem. Danielle Casey, President and CEO of the LVGEA, stated that the project brings high-quality jobs and reinforces the region as a destination for companies driving future technologies.
### Job Creation and Compensation
Open roles across both campuses span production, engineering, quality, supply chain, warehouse, and operations positions, offering hourly and salaried opportunities in permanent, trade, and contingent roles. Hyve is actively recruiting and ramping up hiring to draw on local workforce and university talent.
### Economic Impact and State Climate
Governor Joe Lombardo attributed the investment to the state’s business-friendly policies. “Companies are choosing Nevada because we’ve lowered taxes, cut red tape, and built a business-friendly climate that rewards investment instead of burdening it with unnecessary bureaucracy,” Governor Lombardo said in a statement. Jerry Kagele, President of Hyve Solutions, noted that the state provides the necessary space and workforce to scale manufacturing capabilities to meet customer demand. The new campuses complement existing state investments in semiconductors, batteries, and cloud infrastructure.
