Luke Bateman
The first celebrity to be revealed for this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is Luke Bateman. Bateman is a former NRL player who appeared on The Bachelor Australia in 2023.
Beyond sports and reality television, Bateman has gained a following in the BookTok community, where he shares his passion for romance novels. He is also an author, having signed a two-book deal, and is launching the podcast In The Good Books in 2024.
Bateman is entering the jungle to raise awareness and funds for Farm Angels, an organisation supporting farming families and rural communities.
