In-N-Out Burger Expands: New Locations Coming to Arizona, Nevada, Tennessee, and Beyond

In-N-Out Burger is aggressively expanding its footprint across the United States, moving well beyond its traditional California roots. The popular chain has announced new locations in five different states, including a historic first for Arizona and a massive landmark project on the Las Vegas Strip.

Arizona Gets Its First-Ever In-N-Out

For the first time in the state’s history, Arizona is welcoming In-N-Out Burger. Crews are currently working at 1050 N. Verrado Way in Buckeye to bring the chain to this rapid-growing West Valley corridor, as reported by KTLA.

A Landmark Addition to the Las Vegas Strip

Nevada is seeing a significant upgrade with a new location at 3747 Las Vegas Boulevard. This site is set to be one of the largest restaurants in the company’s history, featuring a unique three-story design to accommodate the high volume of tourists and locals on the Las Vegas Strip, according to Newsweek.

Rapid Growth in Tennessee

Tennessee is becoming a central hub for the company’s eastern expansion. Following the opening of the state’s first-ever In-N-Out in December 2025, the chain is already adding a fifth location in the state. The new restaurant will be located at 1900 Gallatin Pike North in Madison.

To support this growth, CEO Linsi Snyder confirmed the establishment of an Eastern Territory office in Tennessee. This strategic move helps manage the brand’s increasing presence in the region.

New Locations in Utah and Washington

The expansion continues into the Northwest and Mountain West with two additional sites:

  • Utah: 4643 S Pioneer Road, St George
  • Washington: 13511 SE 3rd Way, Vancouver

Corporate Strategy and Employment

Under the leadership of CEO Linsi Snyder, In-N-Out is focusing on high-standard employment as it grows. In a press release regarding the Tennessee expansion, the company noted that each new restaurant typically employs around 75 workers. These employees are paid a starting wage of $17.50 per hour, with plans for continued hiring in the coming months.
