INDYCAR Expands Global Reach with New Broadcast Partnerships for 2026 Season

INDYCAR is significantly expanding its international presence for the 2026 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season, reaching audiences in over 200 countries and territories through a robust network of broadcast and streaming partners. The series will feature an 18-race schedule, beginning with the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg on March 1st.

Growing International Interest

Penske Entertainment Corp. President and CEO Mark Miles highlighted the series’ growth, noting the increasing global interest and the importance of accessibility for international fans. “INDYCAR’s growth trajectory is the best in sports and that includes significant expansion of our global availability and new interest from international audiences,” Miles said. The 2026 season will see 14 nations represented in the full-time driver lineup, further emphasizing the need for comprehensive broadcasting options.

New and Renewed Broadcast Partners

• Brazil: Band Sport (Bandierantes) returns to INDYCAR coverage after an eight-year absence, allowing Brazilian fans to follow Caio Collet in his rookie season.
• Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Brazil & Mexico: ESPN continues its coverage, enabling fans to support Pato O’Ward.
• Spain: Movistar+ and #Vamos will continue to provide premium coverage, showcasing reigning series champion Álex Palou.
• United Kingdom & Italy: Sky Sports will broadcast coverage, featuring NTT INDYCAR SERIES Rookie of the Year Louis Foster in the UK and continuing race coverage in Italy.
• Germany, Austria & Switzerland: Sky Sports will closely follow Mick Schumacher’s rookie season.
• New Zealand: Sky Sport New Zealand will provide coverage of Scott Dixon, Scott McLaughlin, and Marcus Armstrong.
• Korea: A new partnership with SBS Sport will bring INDYCAR to new audiences in Korea.
• Nordics: Viaplay will continue its coverage for fans of Christian Rasmussen, Christian Lundgaard, Felix Rosenqvist, Marcus Ericsson, and Dennis Hauger.

INDY NXT by Firestone Coverage

Coverage of INDY NXT by Firestone will also be expanded globally. New coverage will be available in Poland through Motowizja, allowing fans to follow Tymek Kucharczyk. Fans in Poland can also stream all races at tymekkucharczyk.pl. REV TV will broadcast throughout Canada, and ESPN will showcase races to fans in Latin America and Brazil. Sky Sports (UK & Italy), Viaplay (Nordics), and Sport TV (Portugal) will also provide coverage.
