Iran’s President Claims Country is in ‘Total War’

Jakarta – Iranian President masoud pezeshkian made a startling statement about his country’s situation, claiming it’s in a state of war. He stated outright that Iran is in total war against the United States, Israel, and Europe.

AP News reported on Sunday, December 8, 2025, that Pezeshkian made these remarks before the scheduled meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin netanyahu and US President Donald Trump on Monday, December 29. Pezeshkian accused these countries of continually attempting to destabilize Iran.
