Jack Perkins Joins Jackson Walls at Triple Eight for 2026 Enduro Cup

Objective Racing has confirmed Jack Perkins as the co-driver for rookie Jackson Walls for the 2026 Repco Supercars Championship Enduro Cup, set to take place at The Bend 500 and the Bathurst 1000. The announcement, made on February 17, 2026, marks Perkins’ first drive with Triple Eight Race Engineering.

Perkins’ Return to the #11

The pairing is particularly significant as Perkins will once again pilot the #11 Mustang, a number steeped in family history. His father, Larry Perkins, achieved three Bathurst 1000 and three Sandown 500 victories while racing with the #11 in the 1990s [Speedcafe]. Jack Perkins himself previously used the number during three full-time Supercars seasons from 2007 to 2009, and again in a retro livery at the 2023 Sandown Super2 round [V8 Sleuth].

Experienced Co-Driver for Rookie Walls

Walls, a rising talent who has demonstrated competitiveness in Porsche Carrera Cup and Super2, will benefit from Perkins’ extensive experience. This will be Walls’ maiden Supercars endurance campaign [V8 Sleuth]. Perkins brings a wealth of knowledge, having started 21 Bathurst 1000 races, ensuring he hasn’t missed an edition since his debut in 2006 [Supercars].

Quotes from the Drivers

“I’m absolutely delighted to be joining Objective Racing alongside Jackson Walls,” said Perkins. “Coming in as a co-driver, I can’t wait to be involved with one of the most successful outfits in Supercars in Triple Eight, and their upcoming new team. To be in car 11 at Bathurst will be very special for me personally and indeed my family.”

Walls expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “It’s awesome to have someone like Jack join the team, he’s reliable, fast when he needs to be, and always does a great job. He has a huge amount of experience with this style of racing, I’m looking forward to the valuable guidance he’ll provide at these two events and throughout the year.” [Speedcafe]

Looking Ahead

Perkins and Walls will first hit the track together at The Bend 500 from September 11-13, followed by the iconic Bathurst 1000 from October 8-11. The pairing represents a blend of youth and experience as Objective Racing aims to make a strong impression in the 2026 Enduro Cup.
