Jaimie Vaes Denies Keeping Son Lío Away From Lil Kleine

Influencer Jaimie Vaes has publicly refuted claims that she is intentionally preventing her son, Lío, from having contact with his father, rapper Lil Kleine. Vaes addressed the allegations in a statement posted to her Instagram account, asserting that the narratives circulating in the media are untrue.

Vaes emphasized that it is legally impossible to unilaterally prevent a child from seeing their father. She stated, “The stories that I would retain Lío away from his father are simply untrue.” She further explained that she is actively working to facilitate contact, but requires cooperation from Lil Kleine.

Seeking Mediation for Clear Agreements

Vaes is requesting mediation to establish clear agreements regarding contact between Lío and his father. “So that Lío is not disappointed again. When there is no response to that, the choice does not lie with me,” she wrote to her followers.

The rumors of Vaes limiting access to Lío were fueled by her current residence with her son outside of the Netherlands. Vaes clarified that this decision was made with Lío’s well-being in mind, stating that he is receiving “special and valuable guidance” in his current location that she believes is crucial for his development.

Lil Kleine, through his management, responded to Vaes’s statement, stating he does not desire to engage in public disputes. His management noted that in his recent documentary, he discussed not currently seeing Lío and that Lío does not recognize him. They likewise stated that he was not aware of a request for mediation.
