Johnson & Johnson and Microsoft Italia Launch National AI Training Program for Healthcare Professionals
Rome, February 23, 2026 – Johnson & Johnson and Microsoft Italia have partnered to launch “The Future of Care,” a national program designed to train 50,000 healthcare professionals in artificial intelligence (AI). The initiative, developed with Fondazione Mondo Digitale ETS, aims to equip healthcare workers with the skills needed to integrate AI responsibly and effectively into their daily clinical practice.
Addressing Challenges in the Italian Healthcare System
The program responds to critical challenges facing the Italian healthcare system, including an aging population, a rise in chronic diseases, economic sustainability pressures and a shortage of qualified personnel.
