Kim Bo-eun Shines as Samcheok City Hall Dominates Handball League

Pivot Kim Bo-eun of Samcheok City Hall has been named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the first round of the Shinhan SOL Bank 2025-26 Handball H League Women’s Division. Her outstanding performance on both offense and defense has been instrumental in Samcheok City Hall’s success, including a current streak of five consecutive wins.

Exceptional All-Around Performance

Kim Bo-eun showcased a comprehensive skillset in the first round, accumulating 33 points (with a 71.7% success rate), 13 assists, 8 steals, and 6 blocks across seven games. She also successfully induced 7-meter draw inductions, contributing significantly to her total of 530.5 MVP points – surpassing teammates Park Sae-young (483 points) and Seoul City Hall’s Woo Bit-na (388 points). She was also named Match MVP (MOM) twice during the first round.

Team Success and Rising Expectations

Samcheok City Hall’s strong start to the season, finishing the first round with six wins and one loss, has positioned them as a serious contender in the league.
