After Irene expressed occasional enjoyment of cooking, Kim Young-ok directly asked about her plans for marriage, and followed up with a question about potential concerns regarding fertility. Sunwoo Yong-yeo’s Repeated Comments on Pregnancy
This incident follows similar controversy surrounding actress Sunwoo Yong-yeo, who has repeatedly made remarks about pregnancy to staff members through her YouTube channel. In January, during a dinner with the production crew, she emphasized the importance of having children, stating that children are a source of support in traditional age. She urged a couple to have a child “next year,” expressing concern about delaying parenthood.
Further comments in February included advice to male production staff about maintaining a “cold lower body” to improve chances of conception, and urging a female staff member to conceive with her husband in a warm room.
