Lady Eliza Spencer has launched Lala V, a new Côtes de Provence rosé produced in collaboration with Domaine Tropez, according to interviews with hospitality and lifestyle publications. The brand, developed alongside her fiancé Channing, aims to capture the relaxed lifestyle of the South of France rather than relying solely on celebrity branding.

Building Lala V Beyond a Famous Name

Launching a wine label requires conviction, according to interviews with Lady Eliza Spencer published by The Sybarite. Rather than simply attaching her name to an existing product, she worked directly with Domaine Tropez to create a brand with substance. Her fiancé, Channing, brought years of experience in the drinks industry to the project, managing the technical side while Spencer focused on creative vision and branding. According to published brand details, Lala V is designed to stand independently. Spencer stated that if consumers discover the wine without knowing its background, she wants them to appreciate it on its own merits.

Redefining Luxury Through Shared Experiences

The concept behind Lala V centers on slowing down and connecting with others, according to the brand’s launch interviews. Spencer noted that modern luxury has shifted away from mere exclusivity and material cost toward emotional resonance and shared time. “Time with the people you love, meaningful conversations around a table and creating memories together: that feels incredibly luxurious,” Spencer told The Sybarite. The product’s marketing deliberately avoids the traditional, intimidating language often found in the wine industry, choosing instead to present an approachable bottle meant for everyday celebrations.

Challenging Traditional Wine Culture

The traditional wine world has historically relied on complex tasting notes and intimidating vintage rules. Lala V aims to bypass those barriers, according to its creators. Spencer explained that consumers do not need formal expertise to enjoy a glass of wine, emphasizing joy and celebration over technical jargon. By pairing her creative direction with Domaine Tropez’s winemaking expertise, the brand seeks to make the Côtes de Provence style accessible to a wider audience while maintaining a premium standard.
