Zoe Naude Appointed Referee for Scotland vs England in Women’s Six Nations

South African referee Zoe Naude has been appointed to officiate the Scotland vs England match in the Guinness Women’s Six Nations on Saturday, 18 April 2026, at Scottish Gas Murrayfield in Edinburgh. The appointment marks Naude’s debut in the Women’s Six Nations tournament.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 14h30 local time. Naude will be assisted by Clara Munarini of Italy and Berenice Loubert of France as assistant referees, with Quinton Immelman of South Africa serving as the Television Match Official (TMO). Stefano Penne of Italy has been named Split Screen/FPRO official for the fixture.

Naude’s appointment is part of a broader set of match official assignments for the weekend’s Women’s Six Nations action. Robbie Jenkinson from Ireland will referee the Wales vs France match at Cardiff Arms Park, although Ella Goldsmith of Australia will take charge of the Ireland vs Italy game at Dexcom Stadium in Galway.

In the Pacific Four Series also taking place on 18 April, Aimee Barrett-Theron of South Africa will referee the Canada vs New Zealand clash at CPKC Stadium in Kansas City, with Julianne Zussman of Canada officiating the USA vs Australia match at the same venue.

The appointments highlight the growing involvement of South African referees in elite women’s international rugby, following recent recognition of Barrett-Theron’s impending 50th Test milestone.
