LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight announced

Geoff Keighley received a special call during The Game Awards… from LEGO Batman, live from the Batcave!

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight will be released on May 29, 2026. Warner Bros. and DC have announced that pre-orders are now available.

The game will feature several of Batman’s allies, including:

Robin with his line launcher, Nightwing and his battle staff, Batgirl with her hackarang, and Catwoman with her whip and kitten – each with unique abilities, progression, combos, and gadgets.

The trailer also showed off DC Super-Villains like Two-Face, poison Ivy, Firefly, and Mr. Freeze. Players will also face The Joker, The Penguin, Ra’s al Ghul, and Bane. Fans got a first look at the Batmobile from Batman: The Animated Series and the Batpod from The Dark Knight films, which can be used to explore the open world.
