Lee Chan-won encore concert at KSPO Dome, J-pop girl group Morning Musume streaming begins

(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Tae-su Lee = ▲ Cover of Lim Hyeong-joo’s ‘Poem Poem’ New Year’s spring issue = Pop tenor Lim Hyung-joo (40) decorated the cover of the 2026 New Year’s spring issue of the literary quarterly magazine ‘Poem Poem’, his agency DG Ncom announced on the 13th.
Along with being the cover model, Lim Hyeong-ju was also selected as the main character in the cover story ‘Zoom-in Interview’ corner.
In the interview, he talked about his musical life over the past 29 years, the story of building Seoul Popera House, Korea’s first popera theater, and his thoughts on taking office as the first chairman of the Yongsan Cultural Foundation.
Lim Hyung-joo recently garnered attention by appearing in various entertainment programs such as EBS’ ‘Seo Jang-hoon’s Millionaire Next Door’, KBS’ ‘100 People’s Emotional Show: The Signature’, Channel A’s ‘Table for 4’, and TV Chosun’s ‘Dad and Me 3’.
He will also hold a spring recital at Yeongsan Art Hall in Yeouido, Seoul at 7:30 pm on April 10th.

▲ Lee Chan-won, Seoul Encore Concert in May = Singer Lee Chan-won will hold an encore performance of his national tour ‘Hymn: A Brilliant Day’ at the KSPO Dome (Gymnastics Stadium) in Seoul Olympic Park on May 9-10, the organizer Daebak Planning announced.
Chan-won Lee started in Seoul last December and traveled to Daegu, Incheon, Busan, Jinju, Gwangju, and Daejeon to meet fans.
During the encore performance in Seoul, he uses the protruding stage to get closer to the audience. They will also present a variety of performances, including new songs from their 2nd full-length album ‘Brilliant’ released in October last year.

Japanese local label Upfront Works and distributor Nexton announced that they will service 1,378 of the latest songs from 7 groups, including Morning Musume, Anjurumu, and Juice Juice, on the music platform starting on the 13th.
The target music platforms are global companies such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music. It is not available on domestic platforms such as Melon and Genie.
Morning Musume was formed in 1997 and is well known in Korea for hit songs such as ‘Love Machine’ (LOVEマシ-ン) and ‘Love Revolution 21’ (恋愛レボリュ-ション21).
