Former Dairy Employee Accused of Credit Card Misuse

A 41-year-old former employee of an Upper Austrian dairy faces charges related to the misuse of a company credit card. Authorities allege the individual used the card for personal expenses at a shopping centre in Linz between late October and the beginning of the previous year.

The employee was legally authorized to possess the credit card, but its use was restricted to legitimate business transactions. Prosecutors contend the individual abused their authority by utilizing the card for personal purchases, thereby exceeding the scope of their permitted access.

The employee has since been terminated from their position at the dairy.The examination is ongoing,and further details are expected to emerge as the case progresses.
