ASICS Los Angeles Marathon Set to Take Place March 8, 2026

The ASICS Los Angeles Marathon will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2026, offering a scenic course from Dodger Stadium to Century City. Over 27,000 runners are expected to participate in the sold-out event.

Course Details

The 26.2-mile course showcases Los Angeles’ vibrant neighborhoods and landmarks, including Little Tokyo, Capitol Records Tower, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Grauman’s Chinese Theater, Chateau Marmont, Rodeo Drive, Chinatown, Sunset Strip and Beverly Hills. The race begins at 7 a.m. At Dodger Stadium, with a 6 hour and 30 minute time limit for completion.

Entertainment and Support

Runners can expect entertainment along the route, including 126 “cheer zones” hosted by charities and run clubs, as well as performances by DJs, dragon dancers, drummers, mariachi bands, and more.

Finish Line and Additional Information

The finish line is located at Santa Monica Boulevard and Avenue of the Stars in Century City. The event is hosted by The McCourt Foundation, which supports neurological disease research and community empowerment. Daylight Saving Time begins on the same day at 2 a.m., so participants should be aware of the time change.

Road Closures

Rolling road closures will be in effect across downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, and West Hollywood starting as early as 3 a.m. Due to the marathon.
