Love Knows No Bounds: Tibetan Wheelchair Basketball Team Inspires

On the wheelchair basketball court of the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th Special Olympics Games, the tibetan wheelchair basketball team from the snow-covered plateau demonstrated resilience and determination.

Established in 2014, and supported by the Tibet Autonomous region’s training system for disabled athletes, the team’s ten players – ranging in age from their late twenties to early forties – relentlessly pursue their dreams.Wheelchair basketball provides them with a means to exercise and stay active, and the calluses on their hands are a testament to their dedication and passion. Despite physical challenges, they confidently integrate into society.
