Perrystown Spar Sells Winning €1 Million Lotto Plus 1 Ticket

The National Lottery has confirmed that the winner of Saturday’s €1 million Lotto Plus 1 draw has come forward, with the winning ticket sold at the Spar store on Whitehall Road West in Perrystown, Dublin 12.

Store owner Kieren Furey expressed delight at the news, noting that his family-run business, operating for 27 years, had never previously sold a ticket of this value. He said the staff were “over the moon” to learn that one of their customers had won the top prize.

The winning numbers for the April 18 Lotto Plus 1 draw were 2, 3, 5, 16, 32, 42, with a bonus number of 15. The ticket was purchased as a Quick Pick on the day of the draw.

Celebrations erupted in the Perrystown community following the announcement, with locals congratulating the store on its historic win. The National Lottery confirmed that arrangements are being made for the winner to visit Lottery Headquarters to claim their prize.

This win comes alongside other significant prizes in the same draw, including three Match 5 + Bonus prizes worth €58,471 each, with two winning tickets sold in Waterford and one in Dublin.
