Madonna Debuts New ‘Confessions II’ Songs at The Abbey in LA: Star-Studded Guest List Revealed
Madonna made a surprise appearance on Saturday night, April 25, 2026, at an invite-only celebration titled "Club Confessions Los Angeles" held at The Abbey in West Hollywood, California. The event served as both a preview of her upcoming album and a birthday party for the club’s owner, Tristan Schukraft.
During her appearance, Madonna greeted the crowd and performed new tracks from her highly anticipated studio album Confessions II, the companion to her 2005 album Confessions on a Dance Floor. She debuted the single "I Feel So Free" and two additional new songs, including "Freedom," alongside Stuart Price, who produced both Confessions albums. The performance also featured a mix of classic hits such as "Hung Up."
Addison Rae joined Madonna on stage during "I Feel So Free," appearing from underneath a Catwoman-style eye mask to hype up the crowd. Other performers included Romy of The xx and Mez Monty. Madonna paid tribute to Tristan Schukraft by leading a rendition of "Happy Birthday" and playfully spanking him on stage.
The party attracted a star-studded guest list, including Madonna’s boyfriend Akeem Morris, Sky Ferreira, Lily Allen, Kali Uchis, Tori Spelling, Lola Young, Cara Delevingne, Bebe Rexha, Julia Fox, Romy XX, Jodie Turner Smith, Nadia Lee Cohen, Tom Daley, Gottmik, Symone, Trinity, Lushious Massacr, and Archie Madekwe, among others.
Confessions II is set for release on July 3, 2026, and is available for pre-order. Earlier in April, Madonna made a triumphant surprise appearance during Sabrina Carpenter’s headlining Coachella set, where the two previewed a collaboration.
