Police Seek Man Following Alleged Sexual Assaults at Blackburn Mall

Lancashire Police are urgently searching for a man in connection with the alleged sexual assault of three teenage girls at Blackburn Mall on Friday, March 20, 2026. Authorities have released an image of the suspect and are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying him.

Details of the Incident

According to police reports, the man allegedly walked past a group of teenage girls at the shopping centre and touched them inappropriately at approximately 3:20 PM. Suspect Description

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 60 years ancient, with dark hair. He is of slight stature but has a large build. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, purple-tinted sunglasses, and carrying a black carrier bag in one hand and a white carrier bag in the other.
