Responsibilities

• Support the marketing department in maintaining, developing, and optimizing the website and all social media channels.
• Conceptualize and design print materials, blog posts, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Produce and post-produce moving image and image material for stories, reels, and other digital formats.
• Plan, organize, and implement events, trade shows, and photoshoots.
• Create short films and edit images & videos.

Your Profile

• Completed training in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or Media.
• Initial practical experience in marketing, ideally within the hotel or tourism sector.
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and a strong sense of language, imagery, and design.
• Creative, proactive, and design-oriented personality.
• Experience with CMS systems and graphic tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Passion for social media platforms and digital brand communication.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style, combined with strong teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to support events or PR activities, even on weekends.
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and performance orientation.
