How did the Rada react to Bezugla’s behavior?
The official statement states that the committee considered statements by MP Mykola Tishchenko and Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk regarding the statements and actions of Maryana Bezugla during the plenary session of parliament on December 16, 2025.
Let us recall that then, even before the start of the plenary session, Bezuglaya blocked the podium, demanding the resignation of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Syrsky. During her protest, she rudely attacked her colleague Nikolai Tishchenko, shouting: “Fuck you! Why are you walking here?!”
On the same day, the people’s deputy had another conflict – this time with Sergei Taruta.
What other scandals has Bezuglaya been involved in?

In July 2025, Maryana Bezuglaya found herself at the center of another scandal due to her behavior during protests against changes to the law on NABU and SAP. Then MP Yaroslav Yurchyshyn publicly questioned the appropriateness of Bezugla’s access to state secrets and information about weapons, and also called for an ethical assessment of her actions.

This is also not the first time that a request to remove the people’s deputy has been raised. In the summer, Natalya Pipa made such a demand because of Bezugla’s disparaging statements regarding the deceased serviceman Dmitry Isaenko. Bezuglaya called Isaenko’s death “karma,” explaining this by his alleged evasion of mobilization.
