Miks Galvanovskis Launches Autumn Tour With Ballad of Letiņš
Rock musician Miks Galvanovskis is launching his nationwide autumn tour on October 9, bringing his more than two-hour concert program titled “Balāde par Letiņu” to the Jūras Vārti theater house in Ventspils. The production serves as a musical tribute to Latvia, its land, and its people, deliberately timed ahead of the country’s national holiday month in November.
Galvanovskis describes the live show as an emotional journey fusing powerful rock sounds with deep patriotic themes. The setlist features both brand-new compositions and original music written by the artist alongside popular Latvian songs reimagined through his personal musical arrangements.
Tour Details and Expanded Schedule Across Latvia
Building on the success of his previous concert run, Galvanovskis is returning to major venues throughout the country. Last year, the performer completed his first concert tour, selling out most performances across Latvia's largest cities.
“Last year I managed to fulfill one of my dreams by putting on my first concert tour,” Galvanovskis said. “It was great not only that we traveled to Latvia’s largest cities where listeners were waiting for us, but also that we sold out most of the concerts. We are ready this year as well to give people more than two-hour-long concerts and show off both the already well-known program and new compositions.”
The tour schedule reaches audiences in Ventspils, Alūksne, Tukums, Sigulda, Ogre, Talsi, Ādaži, Valmiera, Rēzekne, Liepāja, Riga, Cēsis, and Jelgava. Tickets for all performances are available through Biļešu Serviss sales locations and online platforms.
