The body of 32-year-old Michael Bayne of Tempe, Arizona, was discovered in Mesa on February 20, 2026, following an intensive search by the Tempe Police Department and a significant outpouring of support from the community. Bayne was last seen on February 16, 2026, at approximately 9:40 a.m. In the vicinity of Mesquite Circle and Curry Road in Tempe . Detectives located his body in Mesa, near Center Street and McKellips Road . The exact location of the recovery remains undisclosed as the investigation continues.
