New Health Hub Launches in Fort worth’s Las Vegas trail Neighborhood

A collaborative health and resource center opened in august in the Las Vegas Trail (LVT) neighborhood of west Fort Worth, Texas, aiming to provide comprehensive support for residents. this unique partnership between JPS Health Network, Cook Children’s Health Care System, the City of Fort Worth, LVTRise, and WestAid offers a wide range of services, from medical care and nutrition education to workforce advancement and food assistance.
