No’Limits in Monistrol-sur-Loire Hosts Local Classes for Traditional Tasting

This Sunday, March 1, classes 85 and 86 from Monistrol-sur-Loire gathered for a traditional tripe or breakfast tasting. The event was held at No’Limits Street Food, where owner Guillaume Bonelli and Gaëlle Winiewski welcomed the 28 attendees for a gathering focused on community and local cuisine.

Future Plans for Classes 85 and 86

Class 85 is considering several activities for the coming year, including a picnic, a Laser Game evening and karaoke in the fall. Class 86 is preparing for the “Classes in 6” parade on September 13. About No’Limits Street Food

Opened in August 2025, No’Limits Street Food, located on the Place du Monteil in Monistrol-sur-Loire, offers a unique dining experience by combining street food style with traditional Auvergne recipes. Guillaume Bonelli, the chef, revisits regional dishes like aligot and truffade, adapting them for on-the-go enjoyment. The restaurant emphasizes locally sourced products and homemade preparation. No’Limits is open Tuesday through Saturday for lunch and dinner (excluding Wednesday evenings).
