Moses &. Plato: Last Train to Clawville – Detective Visual Novel Set to Launch April 14, 2026
Toge Productions and The Wild Gentlemen have announced the official launch of Moses & Plato: Last Train to Clawville on April 14, 2026, for PC via Steam and GOG. This detective visual novel places players in the roles of Moses and Plato, a duo investigating a murder aboard the Clawville Express.
A Murder on the Rails
Set on the luxurious Clawville Express, the game casts players as Moses and Plato, tasked with protecting an ambassador during a delicate peace mission. When the ambassador is found murdered mid-journey, the fragile political landscape between rival factions is threatened and Moses quickly becomes the prime suspect. Players must use their wits – and animal senses – to uncover the truth before the train reaches its final destination.
Gameplay and Features
Moses & Plato: Last Train to Clawville blends investigation mechanics with character-driven storytelling. Players will utilize heightened animal senses – smell, sight, and hearing – to gather clues, interrogate passengers, and explore the train. Each day presents a limited number of action points, forcing players to strategically choose which leads to pursue and which characters to question.
Key features of the game include:
- Detective Work: Utilize a conspiracy board to connect clues and deduce the killer’s identity.
- Animal Senses: Employ smell, sight, and hearing to uncover hidden secrets.
- Interrogation: Question 12 unique passengers, each harboring their own secrets.
- Exploration: Investigate every cabin and corner of the train to uncover hidden mysteries.
Voice Acting Talent
The game features a fully voiced cast, including:
- Mike Bodie as Moses (known for roles in Honkai: Star Rail)
- Tom Clarke Hill as Plato (recognized for his work in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Stellar Blade)
- Rebecca Hanssen as Fahni (previously voiced characters in Stellar Blade and Baldur’s Gate 3)
The Wilderness Universe
Moses & Plato: Last Train to Clawville is part of the expanding Wilderness Universe, the same world featured in Chicken Police. While offering a self-contained mystery, the game also adds depth and lore to the broader setting.
Availability and Pricing
Moses & Plato: Last Train to Clawville will be available on Steam and GOG on April 14, 2026, at a price of $19.99 USD.
