Detailed statistics on convocation events are provided by the German Federal Office Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA)which analyzes data from practically all of Europe. However, unlike other rankings, KBA includes in its statistics not only serious problems, but also minor technical failures that can trouble drivers on their daily journeys.
Before we get to specific brands and cars, it is important to remember that the frequency of recalls is reflected in the breadth of the model portfolio, but also the popularity of the given model. “The more cars of a particular type drive on the roads, the greater the chance that the problem will manifest itself and be officially solved. And the more parts and platforms are shared within a concern or group, the greater the chance of large-scale actions,” explains Roman Beránek from the Motorhome.cz server, which regularly informs about convening events.

What happens if you ignore the recall? The Motorhome.cz server says, that in extreme cases there is a risk of the vehicle being taken out of service. In Germany directly, in the Czech Republic through STK. So if you are invited to the convocation, do not take it lightly. As a rule, these are only minor or preventive interventions that can be resolved in a relatively short time.
