NAIOP Southern Nevada Celebrates Industry Excellence at 29th Annual Spotlight Awards

LAS VEGAS – NAIOP Southern Nevada, the commercial real estate development association serving the Las Vegas area, recently recognized outstanding achievements in the industry at its 29th annual Spotlight Awards program. The event, held on February 28, 2026, at Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa, celebrated accomplishments in office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use real estate projects completed during 2025. The entertainment-themed gala attracted hundreds of industry leaders and guests.

The 29th Annual Spotlight Awards program took place on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at Red Rock Casino Resort, with a cocktail reception beginning at 6:00 pm, followed by dinner and the awards program at 7:00 pm. An after-party continued until 11:00 pm. The theme encouraged cocktail attire in black, red, and gold.
