Omni is built on Navinci’s proprietary in situ proximity ligation assay (isPLA) technology, allowing for the detection of up to 9 target pairs simultaneously in a single experiment. The system utilizes antibody-oligonucleotide pairs that generate amplifiable DNA when in close proximity, revealing protein-protein interactions, post-translational modifications, and single protein targets directly within the cellular environment.
