Netflix’s March 2026 Lineup: ‘War Machine,’ ‘Vladimir,’ and ‘One Piece’ Season 2 Lead the Charge

March is shaping up to be a significant month for Netflix subscribers, with a diverse range of new films and TV series set to premiere. From sci-fi action to steamy limited series and the continuation of a beloved anime adaptation, there’s something for everyone on the streaming service this month.

‘Vladimir’ – A Steamy Psychological Thriller

Premiering on March 5, the limited series Vladimir promises an “irresistible exploration of obsession.” Starring Oscar-winner Rachel Weisz and rising British actor Leo Woodall, the eight-episode reveal is based on Julia May Jonas’s 2022 novel, with Jonas serving as showrunner. The series follows an English professor whose life is thrown into turmoil by a dangerous obsession with a younger colleague. The New York Times highlights this as a promising new release.

‘War Machine’ – Sci-Fi Action Takes Center Stage

Netflix’s huge movie launch for March is Patrick Hughes’ War Machine, arriving on March 6. The sci-fi drama stars Alan Ritchson (known for his role as Reacher), alongside Dennis Quaid, Stephan James, Jai Courtney, Esai Morales, Keiynan Lonsdale, and Daniel Webber. The story centers on an elite team of US Army Ranger recruits whose training exercise transforms into a fight for survival against an “unimaginable threat.” The Hollywood Reporter notes this is a key original movie for the month. Despite the title, this is a different War Machine than the 2017 film starring Brad Pitt.

‘One Piece’ Season 2 – The Adventure Continues

Fans of the live-action anime adaptation will be pleased to know that One Piece season 2 arrives on March 10. The eight-episode season will continue the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) and his crew – Zoro (Mackenyu), Nami (Emily Rudd), Usopp (Jacob Romero), and Sanji (Taz Skylar) – as they explore new lands and encounter new allies and enemies. New to the cast is Mikaela Hoover as Tony Tony Chopper, a reindeer who serves as the crew’s medic.

With these flagship originals and other new releases, Netflix is offering a compelling lineup for subscribers in March 2026.
