He Didactic and Interactive Museum of Sciences of the Vega Baja del Segura (MUDIC) ha programmed for him Sunday February 15of the 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., he taller which is titled ‘Nutrition and health‘ in the facilities of the same MUDIC ‘Jesús Carnicer’ in it Desamparados campus of the UMH (Miguel Hernández University), located in the oriolan district of Helpless.
In this taller STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), the participants will learn a interpret he nutritional labeling of the food and, through practical activities, they will discover the importance of one healthy eating y balanced y they will understand better what they eat and how influences in your health.
Los assistants will analyze the presence of sugars, vitamin C y starch in different foods. Through simple experiences of laboratory and practical examples will detect hidden sugarsthey will check the presence of vitamin C and will identify the starch in different products.
