NVIDIA DGX Station: Desktop AI Supercomputer Now Available
NVIDIA has officially released the DGX Station, a high-performance desktop AI workstation designed for developers, researchers, and data scientists. The system, unveiled last year at GTC 2025, bridges the gap between the more compact DGX Spark and larger, server-grade GB300-powered systems. Systems are now available to order through partners including Asus, Dell, Gigabyte, HP, MSI, and Supermicro, with shipping expected in the coming months.
Powering the DGX Station: GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra
The DGX Station is powered by the NVIDIA GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra Desktop Superchip. This combines a 72-core Grace CPU with a Blackwell Ultra GPU, interconnected via a 900 GB/s NVLink C2C interface. The system boasts a substantial 748GB of total onboard memory. The CPU is paired with 496GB of LPDDR5X memory, offering 396GB/s of bandwidth, while the GPU utilizes 252GB of HBM3e memory with a bandwidth of 7.1 TB/s. Both memory pools are unified, allowing the CPU and GPU to share resources for optimal AI performance.
DGX Station vs. DGX Spark: A Comparison
The DGX Station represents a significant step up in performance from the DGX Spark. Here’s a comparison of key specifications:
