Job Details and Compensation
The Senior Financial Analyst – Retail Services position is a day shift, full-time role. The hourly pay range for this position is $49.70 to $71.82, with the midpoint at $64.13. The actual pay rate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, education, and market conditions.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As an Occupational Therapist at Sharp HealthCare, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering occupational therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Key responsibilities include:
- Patient Care: Evaluating and treating patients to maximize their performance and level of functioning, considering their diagnosis, age, and cultural background.
- Assessment & Intervention: Assessing patient pain and providing appropriate interventions. Performing comprehensive assessments and reassessments based on policy.
- Collaboration: Utilizing interdisciplinary team conferences to communicate patient-related problems and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate, complete, and timely documentation in accordance with Sharp HealthCare guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Operational Efficiency: Communicating patient care and departmental issues, accepting changes in operate schedules, and maintaining departmental cleanliness, and safety.
- Clinical Resource: Serving as a clinical resource and contributing to the professional development of staff members.
- Departmental Development: Actively participating in departmental goals and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Graduation from an approved professional school of Occupational Therapy or an accredited college or university.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in all aspects of occupational therapy.
- Licensure: A valid California Occupational Therapist license issued by the CA Board of Occupational Therapy.
- Certification: Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Professionals certification from the American Heart Association.
- CCS Paneling (NICU): CCS Paneling is required for Therapists functioning in a CCS-designated NICU within 6 months of hire.
